Bottle. Golden color. Soft soapy aroma. Wheat, orange and floral notes in the fairly dry flavor. Drinkable.

(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white frothy head. Slightly yeasty, biscuity malty and slightly wheaty aroma with notes of caramel, fruity hints of banana and citrus. Mildly sweet and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a prickly carbonation. Wheaty and cara-malty taste with moderately banana-fruity notes and a whiff of citrus, hints of caramel far in the background; moderately sweet and delicately sour-tart finish. Decent. 18.VI.17

Bottle: Deep golden, hazy, loose medium-sized off-white head; sourish-yeasty nose, some bananas and metallic traces detectable; mild to moderate sourish-sweetish flavour with a faint bitterness, light to medium bodied, relatively soft; slightly lingering sourish-fruity finish with a berely detectable bitterness in the aftertaste. Drinkable Weizen, quite good by GDR-standards...

Süßlich bananiger, zu stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Süßlich bleibend, geringe Bitterkeit. Wenig fruchtig, hefiger werdend. Frisch, säuerlich zum Ende, nett. 9/8/9/9/9/9

Vom Faß im Bräu-Stüble, Chemnitz-Reichenbrand. - Dunkles Orangegelb, sehr trüb. - In der Nase deutliche, frisch-fruchtige Banane mit leicht zitroniger Note, reichlich Hefe. - Im Antrunk zuerst süß mit Vanille und Hefe, dann ausgeprägt fruchtige, leicht unreife Banane, zarte Nelke. Frisch rezent, angenehm prickelnd, für ein Hefeweizen recht schlank. Abgang mit leicht grasig-grünem, schwach bitterem Hopfen, der die hefige Fülle mit angenehm säuerlichen Noten kontrapunktiert. - Etwas eigenwilliges aber durchaus angenehmes, fruchtig-frisches Hefeweizen.
