Bottle @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Cloudy orange with minimal lacing. Nose: honey and apple jam. Mouth: super dry and bit tart, quince tartness and residual honey. Green apple.

Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 @Luppolo Station (thank you Alberto!). Ambrata, torbida, schiuma evanescente. Al naso note di mele, miele di tiglio, solvente. In bocca è appena dolce all'attacco con chiusura secca, lieve acidità e leggera astringenza. Corpo esile, piatta. Manca di complessità.
