Bottle @Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Hazy yellowish color with a nice white foam. Nose: peer, apple, soft honey and pine needles. Mouth: sparkling champagne, tart green apple, citric and piney.

Bottle shared by ippopotamo36 @Luppolo Station (thank you Alberto!). Dorata, mediamente torbida, schiuma media. Al naso note di mela annurca, erbacee, leggero citrico, vinoso, lievito, cantina. In bocca è dolce con chiusura estremamente secca, leggermente acida. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-leggera. Davvero niente male...
