2/7/2022. Bottle shared at fonefan tasting. Pours clear straw gold with a large short lasting frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, apple, caramel, yeast, light funky herbal notes. Light bitterness, moderate sour. Quite fizzy but nicely done. Good.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly white head that dissipates away and aroma of fruity apple, citric hop hint. Taste is apple, fleshy, fruity, with herbal, earthy, citric hop notes, some tart acidity and drying tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying herby hop finish. Quite drinkable

ABV: 7-7.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average to large, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate apple, tart apples, sour apples, sweet apples, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, fruity hops - fruity apples. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, apple, tart apples, yellow apples - green apples, hoppy, dry, light citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220702]
