Fermented in an oak foeder with a genetically liberated yeast. Hopped with Ahtanum, Simcoe and Amarillo. Soft and hazy. Sweet, piney notes meet citrus in a forest of dankness.

Opaque and dull. Thick head, probably too thick. Brett, barrel and leafy hop. Also yeast. Medium bitterness, lots of stone fruit, bright dried apricot in particular, some woody foeder stuff, medium bugs. The decoherent part is how yeasty it is, but otherwise it's pretty coherent and positive.

473mL can, pours a cloudy opaque peachy yellow with a medium white head. Aroma is chalky and earthy, with earthy hops, a touch of citrus, and light wood. Flavour is milky and chalky, with plenty of pithy stone fruits, muddled hops, and earthiness. Way too chalky and murky, but it's not a disaster at least -- just a pretty muddled beer.

Hazy dirty yellow with a decent white head. Grapefruit and orange. Orange and light peel with some bitterness.
