Can. It’s close to black in the glass, oily, with a small light tan head. Intense aroma with roasted malts, some dark chocolate and coffee, a good dash of caramel and some oats. Quite a lot of alcohol. It’s full-bodied, warming and smooth on the palate, quite sugary. Roasted malts, coffee and chocolate, with caramel sweetness and a touch of dark dried fruit. Some licorice in the very end. Perhaps a bit alcoholic and sweet, but very nice indeed. 231124
