Clear golden, small, frothy, white head. Aroma of mango, pine, orange peel, grapefruit juice. Taste has sweetish mango & pear, bitter orange peel in a biscuity malt body. Piney hoppy finish, mostly mango & citrusy aspects. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. One of those one-offs (I presume) that the brewers at BdF are free to create, despite John Martin's highly commercial endeavours - so in a way, I still respect them for that. Not a very memorable Belgian IPA but I will certainly revisit when I can.
