This beer was created by an accidental contamination of wild yeast present in the "Vasche zeilucht". The beer has no foam at all, but it has the typical smell and taste of a lambic beer. After two years of maturation, this beer is ready.
Matching dishes: Thirst quencher, with tomato shrimp and mussels
Name of the beer: Originating from the combination of Brewery B and linking to the lambic beers.

10 April 2022. At 14de Brugs Bierfestival.
Cheers to Anke & Pieter! Clear golden, thin, white head. Aroma of green apple, apple juice, unripe pear, straw. Taste has sweet-sour green apple, unripe pear; bit funky & bready. Tart, softly funky finish with mostly apple juice. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Well, it has all the characteristics of an accident...

Interesting lambic-by-accident from a coastal region quite far from Senne valley. Lambic or Wild Ale? Hazy yellow colour with no head. Aroma and flavour have a dry and slightly herbal element. Lots of fruity esters, especially yellow stone fruit. Something a little dusty too.
