Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Sweetish with an aroma of caramel, brown malts, touch of nuts and raisins. Not picking up much oak. Medium body. Pleasant.

Dunkler, moderat herber Beginn. Karamellige Nuancen, äußerst geringe Süße, die Aromatik ändert sich kaum, auch die Intensität bleibt leider gering. Ok. 9/11/9/10/9/9

330ml bottle. Cloudy, mahogany colour with ruby shimmer and average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish, toasty, nutty, malty and fruity aroma, notes of cherry, red berries, hints of roasted nuts, very weak woody, oaky, tannic and even smoky overtones. Taste is sweet-ish, yeasty fruity and minimally dry, toasty, minimally nutty malty, notes of cherry, morello, red berries, a touch of plum, roasted nuts, minimally tart-ish, tannic, oaky concomitants. Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally metallic-repellent palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Not really Bock-ish, slight ale character due to its easiness and drinkability, nice fruity flavours - pretty decent.
