This beer is of royal class. Where America claims to have "the king of beers" and also Germany "eine Kõning unter der bieren", this beer is definitely the queen, but not so stately. Actually more the drag queen of beers! Nice and over the top: "The category is .... TASTE!" With 3 types of malt and 3 types of hop, this beer delivers a true taste explosion. A real killer Queen: 'Dynamite with a laserbeam: Guaranteed to blow your mind'

330ml bottle. Cloudy, brown colour with average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, beige head. Earthy, herbal, and dark malty aroma, hints of herb liqueur, Genever, some orange peel. Taste is minimally chocolately, dark malty and herbal, hoppy, hints of herb liqueur, Jägermeister, a touch of malt lozenge and dark caramel, orange peel; minimally warming, alcoholic finish. Watery texture, minimally dry palate, medium to coarse, prickly carbonation. Hard to rubricate, relatively complex - definitely interesting.

0.33 l bottle from 'SpeciaalBierPakket.nl', best before January 2025. Hazy, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, quite herbal, slightly fruity and a bit yeasty aroma of cardamom all over the place, coriander, caramel, citrus and some cocoa. Gently sweet, malty, quite herbal and slightly fruity taste of caramel, cocoa, hazelnut, cardamom, coriander, eucalyptus and some citrus, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice beer, very unusual, rather unbalanced but I totally dig the spices. Unique!

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ Burg Bieren, Ermelo. Dutch brewery #515.
Clear brown (?) with an off-white head. Red fruit and ginger aroma with some star anice. Sweet taste with a sweet malty finish. Nice beer in its way but I'm having a hard time appreciating it as a tripel.
