On cask at Glasworks, Chesterfield - opaque ruby black, thick off white top. Lots of roasted coffee notes, lots of dark chocolate, some liquorice. Great stuff.

Cask at Brunswick, Derby. Pours dark reddish-brown with minimal off-white head. There’s malts and cola in the aroma. In the mouth, it is somewhat watery with roasted malts and a little smokiness. Hints of chocolate and cola as well. Nothing actually wrong with it, but very nondescript particularly considering its strength.
