Gravity cask at Bedford Beer Festival 2022. Pours clear chestnut with a beige cap. Aroma: malt, hedgerow berries, nuts, caramel. Taste: light sweet & bitter, toasty malts, more hedgerow fruits, earthy. Medium body with average carbonation.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2022. A clear copper coloured pour with a loose beige head. Aroma is. Rustic nutty malts, twig, dried fruits. Hazelnut dried fruits. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty toasty malts, twig woodland fruit. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation.

Cask and just beer Newark. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma and taste are malty sweet caramel to slight bitter. Medium body.
