This brew was made in collaboration with the Louisville Ballet, celebrating their 70th season! Robert Curran, the ballet’s Artistic Director, hails from Oz so brewing our first Australian Pale Ale made too much sense. The hops in this beer create a funky nose, followed by the taste of tropical fruit and a finish that’s slightly tart.

Orange, biscuit malt, and orange peel aroma. Golden yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet orange, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter orange peel flavor. Good body.
