Bottle picked up from Appel Getränkemarkty Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 24th April 2022 listening to Idles - Crawler. We are cooking Chimichangas for tea tonight and a Sausage Casserole for tomorrow. This pours hazy gold with a white head. Nice hoppiness and very pleasant sweetness, perhaps a touch balanced towards sweetness rather than bitterness but still pleasant, hop combination is good but a touch soapy. It's not quite Schneider Weisse Tap 4 or 5 territory but it's certainly in that ballpark.

500ml bottle. Hazy, dark yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly bready, wheaty malty, grassy, floral and fruity hoppy, peppery spicy yeasty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of banana and pear, caradamom, coriander, nutmeg and clove. Taste is sweet-ish, wheaty malty, yeasty spicy and slightly yeasty fruity, slightly floral and fruity hoppy, hints of pear and banana, caradamom, clove, coriander, waxy overtones. Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, medium, soft carbonation. Rich and manifold, quite complex, slightly disharmonious, unbalanced, rather spicy, slightly floral, not overly fruity, especially not fruity hoppy - not bad, not outstanding.

Bottle from the webshop. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a huge head. Fresh hoppy aroma. Starts fine yeasty, not too dry, grainy background. More and more fruity-hoppy, mild bitterness. Fine fruity notes of lemon, some apricot. Well balanced finish. Really nice!
