Grundighet er forskningens fundament, så jeg starter denne frilynte ekspedisjonen ved å gå planken på Nydalen: lett uklar gylden med ok skum. Lys malt, koriander, tyggis samt hint av banan og urter i en slank og forfriskende innpakning.

--Keg at Nydalen Bryggeri.-- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Leafy banana aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Wheat bread, banana and cloves. Low bitterness. Refreshing and pleasant.

Gulbrun tåkete med beige skum. Lukter hvete, banan og kardemomme. Lett. Smaker hvete, gjær, noe banan og sitrus. Kort.

250ml draught at the brewpub. A wheat haze to an orange coloured body, filmy layer and spotty lacing on the glass. Moderate aromas of grass, and some spices. Mixed taste of slightly spiced orange, hints of ripe banana, and coriander notes. Wheat fruity ending, semi-sweet. Okay version of the style. (Oslo 05.05.2022).

On tap at Royal Gastropub, Oslo. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of wheat, cloves, hay and white bread. Some banana. Flavour of wheat, grass, banana and some chlorine and acetone. Has a slick and light mouth feel, light body and a light bitterness. Okay but lacks classic criteria of taste and appearance.
