This is a sparkling, keeved cider which is a sweet cider made by retaining the natural sugars of the juice. It’s very fruity with notes of toffee and caramel, baked apple and a touch of spice. This is a blend of 20 different varieties producing a naturally sweet and sparkling cider.

750ml wired cork bottle from Cat in the Glass. Opened with a pop. Slightly hazy orange golden colour, bubbly white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweet, juicy apple, tangy, orchardy, caramel, some light farmhouse funk and spicy drying tannin. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, medium sweet tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
