Made on our family farm in an orchard that's been productive for over 100 years where everything is done by hand and nothing is sprayed or fertilised. The cidery itself runs alongside the orchard meaning the fruit that we use is always in perfect condition as it's been picked when fully ripe with minimal handling and no travel.

Made as naturally as possible with wild yeasts, no sulphites and always 100% juice. It's fermented, bottled, labelled and boxed onsite - from bud to box.

𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 is a blend of apples and pears that are the first of the season to ripen. The juice is from cooking apples, bringing bright acidity and freshness, and perry pears which add some sweetness and soft tannins. It has a slight effervescence and makes for a great apéritif.
