Pours a hazy, light golden yellow, with mid-sized, lasting, fluffy head. Aromas of grass, citrus, tropical fruit. Flavor is pine/spruce hops, with some citrus, some grassiness. Very bitter finish.

16oz can, bottling date 7/06, less than 2 weeks again. Thanks Clarice and Mark. Pale beer with super dirty water look. Aromabis pulverized hop and vegetable greens. Fortunately there is some fruitiness and much less greens. So, flavor is decent but why would any weirdo ever like this or even rate it a 4.4. Amateur rookies, they'll grow up eventually.

Can shared at Zack's Epic Tasting. Pours a glowing golden orange with a finger of foam that lingers. Tons of citrus and dank floral aromas in the nose. Some papaya and dried pineapple as it warms. Very pungent. Smooth and creamy on the palate but good carbonation and very dry. Dried pineapple, dried guava and light honeydew melon notes. Lingering dried tropical fruit with well-balanced bitterness. --- Beer merged from original tick of Double Dry Hopped (DDH) Fallen Flag on 26 May 2018 at 20:33 - Score: 8

32oz crowler, freshly filled, drunk 7/29/17, shared by Chris, thanks!
Heavily hazy, bright lemon-goldenrod with a sizable white head atop showing good retention.
Strong tropical fruit, pineapple, light melon and very soft cracker, biscuit and honey behind it. Clean, no alcoho, no resin, no yeast blandness/doughiness. Great aromatics and this time no pine to show any resin or dullness on the finish. Lovely that they got this much tropical character and juice from the citra/mosaic combo.
In the mouth it's soft, pillowy, well-carbonated and attenuated with proper malt/wheat textures, big bursts of juice and tons of pineapple, melon and papaya. Long citrus finish that shows little/no resin/pine and no alcohol or yeast blandness. Fantastic stuff and can easily add them to the list of the world's best NE IPA brewers.

At Hopishop 2017. Aroma of dank fruit, mango, pineapple and bitters. Taste has dank tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, some cream, haze and vegetal citrus. A great example of the neipa.

32 oz. Crowler in a trade with GrandaddyKC, thanks Brad. The appearance is cloudy bright yellow with a nice creamy white cap, light lace. Aroma is tons of citrus, tropical juice, with clean american yeast.

The flavor is really nice, tropical fruit juice is nice. Very juicy, juice bomb! The mouthfeel rocks. Right on point for a New England IPA.
