30/4/2022. Can shared at the Croatian GP beer share. From CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours black, with a creamy/frothy beige head. Aroma is big on coffee, roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate, dark fruits. Medium sweetness, light roasty coffee bitterness. Medium body, oily, quite lively. Enjoyed this, but too fizzy for my liking.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Black colour, beige foam head and aroma of chocolate, cocoa, roasted, coffee. Taste is sweetish, roasty malt, chocolate & coffee, dark fruits and earthy nutty bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, roasty finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - deep brown to black with an attractive tan head. Nose - dark chocolate and coffee. Taste - again, coffee intermingled with dark chocolate. Palate - creamy in texture, medium bodied. Rich but lightly roasty finish. Overall - good example of the style.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours darkest brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of strong coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is more of the same. Light sweet roasty finish.
