A Strong medium cider with a kick. Made with a mixture of apples including Cox & Russet. Another good choice for festivals.

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. From BIAB at the Globe, Harwich. Pours clear slight greeny gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple, apple pie, wood, light rum, toffee, buttered popcorn. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, average carbonation. Some tangy sweetness to finish. Quite drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, alittle rum. Taste is tangy, apple, some skin, with mellow rum notes. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying with some lingering rum at the finish. Quite OK

Barrel/bag thingy at the Merchants Inn, Rugby, 03/08/14. Murky pineapple juice yellow with no head. Nose is apple mulch, light smoke, sweet peardrop. Taste comprises woody notes, sweet apples, light rum trace in a fine light drying close. Ok stuff.
