20/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale golden amber with minimal head. Aroma is woody, apple, citric, acidic, lightly spiced. Moderate sweetness. Moderate tartness. Moderate body, quite watery, low carbonation. Tart, dry, woody, tannic finish.

750ml bottle from Aeble. Bottle No. 121 Vintage 2020. Orange gold colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of woody oak, barnyard funk. Taste is tangy, apple, oaky, some vanilla, mucky funk and woody tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
