Light haze on this deepish amber beer, short lived and small pale tan head. Nose is slightly gluey white wine. Smooth palate, quite light, decent minerally carbonation develops. Soft malts, pretty sweet, cream and caramel. The white wine is obvious, unfortunately so is the solvent vibe. Nice oak induced vanilla just about holds this beer together. Light and semi dry finish brings a touch of saison herby bitterness, really not much saison character here. A rich but flawed beer, plenty to like but the glue is a distraction and reduces drinkability.

Bottle shared by Erwin and with Joes at Van Moll. Clear darker orange color, average sized white to off-white head. I don't really like the aroma tbh, musty a bit. I like the "baby brother" better (Moment Supreme). Flavor is malts, sweetish though it seems less sweet than the baby brother, very heavy full bodied full mouthfeel compared to the baby brother. Heavy though. I think I'd rather order the baby brother tbh.
