18/VI/22 - 75cl bottle @ De La Sambre Saison Festival, BB: n/a (2022-746) Thanks for sharing!

Clear pale yellow beer, no head. Aroma: a bit dirty, funky, earthy, sweet, some almonds, cookie dough. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sweet, fruity, dry, berries, a bit earthy. Aftertaste: fruity, quite some citrus notes, grapefruit, juicy, good!

Bottle pour, taster. @MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (Denmark). 14/05/2022 [#5.023 Global - #15 Czech Republic - #3 Métaphore Artisanal Beers] Clean golden pour with a white head. Very light beer. Grains and yeast. Smooth sour finish. Next one please!

Flaska från Métaphore. Klar, ljus, gul med vit krona. Brett, fina citrustoner, pissoarpuck, björksav, talliga toner, honung, lätt touch av grönsåpa. Lätt, frisk, fräsch. Lättdrucket och drickvänligt.
