Tap at MBCC. Opaque orange amber, with insane white head. Quite a bit of strawberry, some rhubarb, some muesli. Fruity, sweet, sour. Interesting one.

Taster during MBCC 2023 Friday morning session shared with Ryan, Matt, Phill, Brian, and Erik. A fantastic mix of strawberry and rhubarb wit some stone fruit notes. Very nice!

On tap at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy rose colour with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast, lacto and some red berries. Flavour is sweet and yogurty, with tart red berries. Yogurty and sweet. Not great.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium red orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, strawberry, strawberry porridge, strawberry stew, rhubarb, strawberry jam. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, strawberry, strawberry porridge, strawberry jam, rhubarb. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20220513]
