Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 08/05/23. Golden amber with a good sized lasting just off white head. Nose is biscuit, grains, dried fruit esters, faint orange peel, herb. Taste comprises bitter fruit esters, raw fruits but not in an unpleasant way, hedgerow, herb, grains, crackers, tea leaves. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a leading bitter edge. Tidy enough bitter, could say a bit harsh in places, but keeps sharp and does what says in terms of being bitter!
