Oden is the important god of wisdom, power and war. Sitting on his throne in Valhalla, he wants to know everything and gain knowledge of all things hidden from him. He gave up one of his eyes in the pursuit of wisdom. His ravens, Hugin & Munin, fly all over Midgård collecting information for him.

This pale golden coloured lager has a touch of malt sweetness that balances well with the floral, citrus and bitter tones from the hops.

Great to drink by itself or with most foods - seafood, schnitzel and spicy foods.

Can 44 cl. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Lovely floral, hoppy aroma. Medium body, clean, lightly sweet maltiness but sufficient, balancing bitterness. Lovely. 300625

Keg at Brewdog Södermalm, Stockholm. Sake-like nose. See through and quite flat. A clean and uncomplicated helles.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, nectary some herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some earthy and herbal tones. Nice bready aftertaste.

Ljust halmgul vätska med ett vällande generöst skum. När burken öppnas rinner vätskan över. I aromen ligger kokt burkmajs i botten med en släng av gräs. Burkmajsen återkommer i smaken och förtar det positiva från denna dryck. Beskan är bra men något oren.

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Floral bready nose. Dry with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Firm bready malt. Distinct floral, hay-like hops. Mid bitter finish. Unassuming, but very pleasant.
