5th July 2022 Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Nose is a wonderfully clean fruit melange with a fresh pine overlay. Bright mandarin and tropical fruits, some melon rising to the top. Smooth palate, fairly light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Light smooth malts bring a light creamy sweetness. The hop fruit goodness from the nose carries over to the tongue. Melon a bit stronger, decent Cashmere hit here. Azacca delivers that mildly lemon orange mandarin thing and Galaxy weighs in with it's broad spectrum of fruity goodness. Nice ripe pineapple vibe comes through. The back end reveals a nice light level of savoury hop and a little hop spice. Cracking. Light on it toes and yet nicely balanced. Great hop fruits but with enough dirty hop character to remind you this ain't no fruit juice. Loved every mouthful of this.
