This time of release is a fruit sour ale. Pineapple and mango, two tropical fruits, are used in plenty to give a variety of fruit flavors. The sourness of the pineapple comes first, followed by the flavor of the mango. As the temperature rises, the mango flavor becomes more pronounced, with a hint of coconut flavors. With a low alcohol content of 4.0%, this made a drinkable sour beer.
