Stora Mariter veslesystera til Pappa. Ho vaks opp på Manglerud med fire storebrødre. Marit gjekk på skøyter frå ho var tre år og ho ville klara seg sjølv slik som brødrene. Etter mange timar og år på skøyter vart ho landslagsspelar i ishockey. Stora Marit har godt humør, frisk språkbruk og er glad i ein fest. Ho elskar godteri og då eg var fem år kjøpte ho ein slikkepinne til meg. Slikkepinnen vog ein kilo!

Solsletta 181222. Golden color with no head. Aroma is apples, hop, grass. Flavor is apples, apple core, apple peel, grass, hop. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, sparkling, golden colored cider with some bubbles on top. Apple juice, apple peel, some apple cores and grass, hints of flowers and a light hoppy touch in the aroma. It's full bodied and quite dry on the palate. Some alcohol warmth. Apple juice, apple cores, flowers, grass notes, citrusy and piney, with hints of lemon and orange. Quite flowery finish, with apple dominating. Some hoppy flavors too, but they don't last as long as the apple flavor. Nice, but I think it should be sweeter to balance the hoppy flavors. Not bitter in any way though. 221218

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, apple peel, flowers, fresh apples, citrus, hops, dried apples, grass, leafs, yellow apples. Taste is fresh fruity, apple peel, citrus, flowers, fresh apples, hay, leafs, hops, yellow apples, grass, dried apples. Medium bitterness, light and fresh fruit mouthfeel. Nice one, dangerously easy drinking.

750 ml clear bottle, vintage 2021, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger - Hinna. Apple variety is Aroma. ABV is 7.8%. Pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Aroma of oxidised apples, a hint of hops and cheese(!). Nice and semi-dry flavour of fresh and oxidised apples, a hint of sulphites, dry-ish finish with a hint of hops.
