Spiegelwaal is het resultaat van onze samenwerking met Tripel W uit Nijmegen. Ongeveer een jaar geleden hebben we ze voor de uitdaging gesteld voor ons een unieke alcoholarm bier te ontwikkelen. Dankzij de speciale brouwmethode is het gelukt een prachtig, volsmakend bier te produceren.

0.33 l can from 'Drankgigant.nl', best before November 2023. Hazy, orange with a massive, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite fruity and floral aroma of orange, mango and some peach. Slightly sweet, gently dry, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral taste of grains, nettles, orange and mango, followed by a short, gently bitter, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice for what it is, not too dry and pleasantly hoppy.

Can at home, darker orange beer, small to medium head. Aroma is malt, sweet, wort, caramel, hint of citrus. Taste is the same, sweet, wort, bitter, malt, not too bad.
