0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. yellow hazy color, small white head. Earthy, Funk, peppery, minerals, oak. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, earthy, grassy, peppery, herbal, stone fruits, underlying sweetness, oak, subtle oxidation notes,nutty. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, grass and nutty notes. Very good one, very nice balance

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 9 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5

Bottle 0692 of 1116. Dark golden colour with no head. Aroma has intense vinous acidity and lots of wood. The taste has the same profile but is much softer. Some vanilla tannins add a sweeter element too next to all the wild Brett funk. Very good.
