(Tap) clear, bright, pale yellow colour with a small white head; aroma of grain, sweet cake; light, balanced flavour with a medium long, light tart finish

Pale clear yellow with a decent white head. Light brine and a touch of lemon. Nice fruity notes with a light finish. No salt in the taste.
