2016 corked bottle, vat 11, fles 280. Reddish amber color. Gooseberries, citrus, oak and a hint of caramel in the aroma. Oaky dry, fairly sour flavor with citrus. Hint of white berries. This smells and tastes like a proper lambic, a bit rough maybe.

Bottle. Vintage 2016, vat 09 bottle 243. Color: Hazy orange ruby, off-white head. Taste: Mix of medium sour and light to medium sweet notes, unripe white berries, hints of orange and wood. Turning into long lasting dry, bittery mouthfeel and palate at finish. Medium to below medium body, above average carbonation. Reminds me of moist leather and farm barns. OK Lambic style beer.

Bottle [thanks bierkoning!] @ home shared with Inoven, TomHendriksen and Roelzie1986. [Vat 10-Fles 288] -- Unclear dark orange to reddish color, small to average off-white to beige head. Aroma is sourish, tart, sour fruits, orangepeel sour-bitter and lightly manure. Tastes about the same, brett, unripe berries, tart, orangepeel sour-bitter. Average to decent body, a bit firm carbonation. Hmm I don’t really like the orangepeel sour-bitter tart but overall it’s not bad.
