500ml medicine bottle from Press online. Month on the shelf, a day in the fridge. Served a touch cool. Baby Duvel glass @home. Sparkly, weak head, slightly dull, honey gold. Sweet, cooked down apples, sharp berries, saline, strong corriander-butter-savory baked pear nose; Very potent. Taste is bold, minerally-sweet, floral-dry pears. Buttery upfront sharp apples, creamy-floral & caramelized sweet-tart pears. The blend leans significantly sweet but has a good amount of acid & sharps to hold it up. Veggy tannic, minerally, drying finish is a small blessing. Touch of sulfites on the tail. Kinda good & building, considering it was made with an extensive trash panda sort of harvest & wasn't pricey. Liked.

Clear gold. Light funk and lots of apple peel. Light funk and a touch of peel. Very dry and a touch funky.
