Luminous 11 is a Sour Milkshake IPA inspired the Blue Hawaiian cocktail. Tangerine, pineapple, coconut, passion fruit, and vanilla were added to create a sour tropical flavor. We also dry hopped Luminous 11 using Amarillo and Motueka hops. *Contains lactose, coconut, food color.

Blue with a decent white head. Touch of sweet citrus. Sweet and sour citrus with a decent finish.

On tap at Great Notion - Alberta, pours a cloudy muddled blue (yes, blue) with a small white head. Aroma brings out tropical fruit, vanilla, subdued hops and citrus. Flavour is pretty ridiculous, with lots of tropical fruits, vanilla, and lactose. Pretty ridiculous, over-the-top adjunct beer that isn't all that enjoyable.
