Bottle at home. Deeper copper pour with an off-white head. Nose is dark fruits and grains, also a pretty intense caramel touch. Taste is nuts, grainy notes, loads of burnt sugar, maaaaybe a hint of smoke even. It doesnt fully have the yeast expression for that, but still comes pretty close to a dubbel. Not tragic, but the burnt sugar notes are too intense for me. Body is pretty decent tho.

Pretty reasonable. Belgian dubbel basically with some scotch influences. But quite clean. I would recommend due to uniqueness. Gollem amstelstraat

Bottle 33c. from the brewery @home poured into a thistle glass. Clear deep amber colour, small moussy beige colour, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma roasted malts, liquorice, caramel, brown sugar, dried dark fruits, light alcohol notes. Taste light light heavy sweet and slightly bitter, malty, caramel, liquorice, brown sugar, maple syrup, dried dark fruits, alcohol notes. Above medium body, oily to sticky texture, soft carbonation, smooth malty sweetbitter aftertaste, rich and tasty, boozy notes, easy to drink, very nice brew.

Fles uit advent. Het is een bruin bier met een beige schuim. Het aroma van Caramel en mout. De smaak is vol, caramel, rozijnen en pruimen. Licht rokerige afdronk.
