BREWED WITH A BLEND OF PILSNER MALT AND TWO-ROW BARLEY, ALONG WITH A GENEROUS ADDITION
OF SPELT, SAD SONGS AND WALTZES WAS HOPPED IN THE KETTLE WITH NELSON SAUVIN BEFORE BEING DRY-HOPPED WITH A HEAVY AMOUNT OF MORE NELSON AND JUST A KISS OF SIMCOE. IT WAS FERMENTED WITH A BLEND OF AMERICAN AND ENGLISH YEAST FOR A EASY DRINKING AND DRY FINISH.

Clearish orange with a small white head. Weedy, dank and citrus notes. Dank and orange notes with a long finish. Solid.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma is vibrant and complex, with lots of dank hops, stone fruits, resins, light pine. Flavour is wonderfully juicy, with clean, vibrant dank and piney hops, juicy stone fruits, and some citrus zest. Bright, vibrant, juicy and well-hopped. Excellent.
