Brewed with a combination of Pilsner malts and a touch of malted rye. This has a crisp and slightly noble-spicy profile not only from the rye addition, but also from the generous addition of some incredible Lubelski hops. Traditional? Probably not, delicious? Absolutely.

Clear gold with a rich white head. Nice grains and spicy hops. Bitter up front and a bit of the spicy hop and grains. Bitterness is a bit overwhelming though.

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is gentle, with bready malt, a nicely hopped citrus backbone, and gentle pine. Flavour is clean and piney, almost like I'm drinking a piney hopped pale. Clean, assertive and highly drinkable. Surprisingly great.

Poured from the tap. Clear gold with small white head. Clean, crisp pilsner malt with light grassy hops. Quite nice.
