De-Liberation is Dry-Hopped Sour with three hop varieties to create a complex bouquet of hop flavour and aroma. Mosaic provides notes of a berry + tropical medley which pairs nicely with the citrus notes of Citra, and the tropical stone fruit with a hint coconut notes of Sabro round out the beer. Brewed with a half barley malt and half wheat malt for a full bodied refreshing tart beer.

Artist Inspiration: "Two crows, tangled between each other - holding both their ropes and the key to being unbound. The desire to be restrained or to be released are both indulgences in freedom - you can decide for yourself which one feels more liberating". -Paige Bowman

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale straw colour with a small, fizzy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Tart, funky aroma of wheat malt, grapefruit, apricot, mango and faint coconut. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, grapefruit, lemon rind, apricot and mango in a dry, tart, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Tasty and refreshing.

Poured from the tap. Hazy dull gold with small white head. Tons of berry, subtle tartness underlies with just a hint of hops, quite smooth. Enjoyable, perhaps it could be a little more balanced (less berry dominant), but still nice.

Hazy and pale. Not much head. Mild acidity, light orangey hop notes, and it's a touch vinous. But all round kind of middling.
