Bottle @ Home as Skoiar 7,5%. Clear golden body without any head. Both aroma and taste is rather straight forward, clean and refreshing. Moderate sweet, mild acidity, mix of fresh and ripe apple, no off flavors. Nice and easy, pleasant one.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, apple cores, sour apples, grass, flowers, hay, minerals, sorrel. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, sour unripe apples, sorrel, apple peel, citrus, apple cores, flowers, minerals, grass, bark. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Bottle. Practically clear pale golden body with moderate carbonation and no head. Nice, light, clean, fresh apple aroma with a hint of moderate acidity. Taste is refreshing and clean with young apple flavor. A fine mix of green, yellow and pink apples with a slightly acidic touch. Quite straight forward but well balanced without any yeast, sulphite or any off flavors. Medium body and same aftertaste all the way. Nothing extraordinary really, but sure a nice and fresh thirst quencher to be enjoyed in most occasions with or without any food.

KYGGK 210123. Pale golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, vanilla, wood, grass, apple cores. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A crystal clear golden colored cider, still and headless. Fresh apple juice aroma with a touch of alcohol. Some grass, leaves and even a hint of alcohol. Sort of woody, vanilla-ish too, but only vague. It's full-bodied, smooth, dry and with some carbonation. A little warmth too. Mostly fresh apple juice in the flavor, with some grass, leaves and apple cores. Yellow apple. Medium length finish. A clean and pleasant cider that sure don't push any limits. 230121

Pours clear golden with no head. Aroma has notes sweet apple and hint of vanilla. Taste is light to medium sweet with a long apple finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.
