Negra, opaca, espuma beige cremosa bien retenida. Aroma robusto y profundo a café, hierba, resina, con cierto punto de caramelo. En boca transmite complejidad y carácter, matices torrefactos y herbales con notas de tierra, cacao puro, ceniza...Fondo chispeante, final amargazo, resinoso y seco. Buen pepinazo

Can from Beerdome. Black with a big beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and light hoppy - pine. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 051225

Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a lasting beige cap.
Nose is bitter roast, charr, cocoa powder, earthy hops.
Taste comprises roasted tones, pine resin, charr, bitter tropical backnotes, earthy dry red berries.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with lightly aggressive earthy hop bitterness.
Solid CDA.
In the 10th anniversary wrap.

Brune foncée, col fin café au lait voire mocha.
Arôme est malté sur de fines effluves de chocolaté, café, retour un peu caramel, grillé et des effluves de houblons sur le résineux - clairement vers un rappel des houblons classiques californiens
Palais est malté grillé-pâle avec un appui houblonné américain offrant des notes de résineux et herbacé - ce houblonné est plaisant mais ne parvietn pas à me propulser vers le style Cascadian - le malt reste un peu plus dominant.
