Dorée au col blanc.
Arôme reste assez classique dans l'approche IPA US. Pungent hop goodness, pointe herbacée avec un rétro-nasal fin et malté - cara pâle qui donne une pointe de céréales.
Palais est malté avec une base américaine rappelant les IPA du bon temps - pils, pâle, houblonné US avec un côté noble, fermenté - herbacé.
