mild roasted malty aroma, finer notes of vanilla, dark chocolate. very rounded and balanced aroma.
flavor is super nice with a good roasted malty base as well as tons of pastry stoutish notes, pastry, cake frosting, chocolate, pancakes with syrup. The great thing about it is that it is not dark caramelly bitter and all the adjuncts are balanced by a very solid roasted malty base.

Opaque colour, tiny brownish head. Sweet vanilla toasted aroma. Medium-bodied. Syrupy sweet flavour with some booze. Not much ice cream. Boozy and sweet but tolerable.

--Canned at PBF XIII. -- Black, small head. Caramelly nose with some crude oil. Very sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Sticky syrup some milk chocolate and, well yeah whatever. Just another oversweetened pastry junk stout, undiscernable from other junk. The major thing that separates this from Carlsberg lager is the price tag.

Can from HavnensVinOgTobak. Pours opaque brownish black with medium dark brown head. Aroma is intense roasted malt, dark chocolate, cream, coffee, (candied) cherries, (hot) cocoa (with whipped cream), vanilla, fudge and hints of sweet liquorice and soy sauce. Taste is medium to very sweet, light to medium bitter, faint acidic and light to medium salty. Body is creamy with light carbonation. Finish is long and balanced sweet, bitter and salty with intense notes of roasted malt, light-roasted floral pour-over coffee, cocoa, cream, fudge, caramel ice cream sauce, liquorice, anise, red berries. Very intense and rich yet in excellent balance. Appearance: +1 for the label
