The term "graf" for this unique beer comes from Steven King's Dark Tower series in which he describes an apple cider based beer. Gunslinger refers to the first volume in the Dark Tower series. Expect refreshing tropical notes along with delicious complexity from the malt, hops and flavourful Norwegian yeast

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out wild yeast and light rustic notes. Flavour is dry, with rustic saison yeast, a hint of citrus, and light oak. Rustic, citrusy and lightly funky. Pleasant.

Weak yellow pee body and nearly zero foam. Smells of soft funky apple, a little earthy. Taste is soft funky apple, maybe some vague grain and is way too weak and wet. Feels watered down, and that's no way to make a graf.
