Running a brewery is like running three separate businesses. Sometimes, the hardest part is giving those separate teams a chance to spend some time together and to celebrate each other.
We wanted to give everyone a chance to contribute and to have a say in what we’re putting out. So, we brewed up a Staff Party! Bright, juicy and refreshing, perfect to drink responsibly at a work function.
A blend of Canadian Pilsner and Wheat malt with a sprinkling of oats for a little pizzazz.
Amchur (Dried Green Mango) was added to the boil along with Amarillo and Centennial. Fermented with our house ale yeast and conditioned on both mango and peach puree (with a little bit of apricot for good measure).
Bright and fruity on the nose, effervescent on the tongue with a lush and slightly tart mouthfeel. The finish is smooth and refreshing.

Tepid hazy orange body and weak foam. Smells of plenty of good peach, some mango. Taste is okay spritzy mango, good peach and vague grain. Could use more carbonation and also feels a little thin. Not bad, could be better.

Hazy and pale, with a thick head. Indistinct fruit character, moderate bitterness and wheaty body. Funky yeast, though, some isovaleric in there. Sweaty. Guess that's why they tried adding fruit to it.
