Inspired by a 1945 Tetley Mild clone in collaboration with Backcountry Brewing. A proper drinking beer, as Opposed to a staring at and sipping beer. Subtle floral clean, grassy hop character melded with hints of dark fruit, and sweet breast malt. ANOTHER 3 PINTS LANDLORD!

Good light copper body and some nice smooth cask foam. Smells of very soft grassy caramel, a little too faint. Taste is all soft grain and caramel, ends too wet, and a little cloying. The low alcohol is no excuse, these milds have definitely been done better elsewhere.
