Clear dark brown with a tan head. Caramel aroma with some smoke and pine, which must be from the juniper branches. Sweet malty taste with a medium bitter finish. Draft at Proeflokaal Gist 15 june 2022. On the terrace outside on a sunny day. Color: Quite dark brown, beige head. Taste: Chocolate, spicy notes of juniper, malty, hints of caramel. Nice one.

On tap at Taplokaal Gist, Utrecht. Brown with beige head. Malty, some caramel, toasted, herbal, bit spicy. Bitterish finish.
