A US West Coast style IPA brewed with pale malt and dosed with a LOT of fantastic US and NZ hops.
Then we made 30L of homemade marmalade and added that to the secondary fermentation. Mash temp was 64c so this was always going to be a dry, stone fruit & citrus forward IPA.

--Keg at Idlewild Jönköping. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Piney nose with slight grapefruit. Dry with light to medium body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Minerally and resinous. Sharp bitter finish.

Tap at Idlewild. Clear amber body, white head. Odd aroma, vaguely funky, orange maybe, grape, chalky, tart. Lean light tropical taste, ending with a herbal/green mango touch, soft, vaguely caramelly. Pleasant really despite the funky aroma.
