Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Sweet and tart aroma of overripe fruit, slight wood and acetic acid. Medium body, super dry, acetic and quite mouth puckering. Some wood throughout. 210623

--Keg at Craft Beer & Spirits, Tjolöholm. -- Hazy amber, small head. Funky, citric nose with sour apricot and hay. Citric with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Puckarna vinegar, mirabelles and citric acid. Low bitterness.

Tap at the fest. Hazy orange-amber-red body, off-white head. Citric, peachy, funky aroma, solid wild hit. Soft peachy, citric aroma, wild, ending pleasantly juicy, but tart and dryish, nice!
