Självklart skall han få en helt egen öl, han gillar även ekorrar (Orava)
Jag vill såklart avsluta med flaggan i topp och har pusslat ihop allt jag lärt mig under dessa 4 åren och skapat denna ölen...öl är en hel vetenskap och en hel del är ren kemi men man ska aldrig ge upp sin strävan att koka ihop en riktigt smaskig öl!
Denna ölen är humlad med galaxy, mosaic och idaho 7.
Häll gärna med bottensatsen för lite extra haze och smak, hoppas det smakar!!!

Bottle 330ml @ Bakfickan bar. Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grainy, grass and hay. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter with a long malty, grainy and grassy finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, at Åmål Stadtshotell. An unclear orange colored beer with an off-white head. Grass, hay, pale malts, orange zest, pine cones, some fruityness and alcohol. It's dry and full bodied, nicely carbonated, with a quite sharp bitterness. Astringent. Pine cones, grapefruit and some grass and pale malts. Hay, orange zest and a flowery touch. Bitter, edgy finish. Næh. 240720

--Bottled at Åmåls Stadshotell, Åmål.-- Gushing. Cloudy yellow, lively head. Generous citrus aroma. Mid dry with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grapefruit and starfruit on white bread. Mid bitter finish.

Bottled at Åmåls Stadshotell. Hazy muddy yellow body, big white head, gushing a bit. Orange, grapefruit, tropical, herbal aroma, bit malty and spicy. Lean, dry taste, peachy taste, minerally. Light malty aroma, ending bit peppery. Helt okej.
